In the event of breakage, you are responsible for the breakage, with the exception of deliveries by Selency. The customer will receive a full refund (cost of item + delivery charges) and you will not be paid for the sale. You can request return of the item, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you have already received the payment for your sale, you will be obliged to make a return transfer.
If the item is damaged or broken during a delivery by Selency, our carrier is responsible. We will cover the total refund or compensation for the customer and you will naturally be paid for the sale.
