We ask all sellers to be as transparent as possible when creating their listings. However, sometimes an item may not match the description.
In that case, you have 48 hours from when you receive the item to report the matter to Selency at firstname.lastname@example.org. The earlier you make your report, the more easily and faster it will be dealt with. Please could you send us some clear photos of the item so that we can assess the non-compliance.
Here are some examples of "non-compliance" that do not justify a return:
- if the item is described as being "sold as seen" or "in original condition", we are more tolerant towards sellers with regard to the condition of the item.
- if essential information is missing from the listing (e.g. size, colour, quantity, etc.) or if the description is ambiguous, you should get the information from the seller before committing to buy. We do not accept the above reasons for return on the grounds of "non-compliance".
If the non-compliance is confirmed by our customer service, two options are open to you:
- Return the item to the seller, in which case they are responsible for paying the delivery and return shipping costs.
- Compensation, in which case you can keep the item and we will compensate you depending on the nature of the non-compliance.
