If you're unhappy with the item, you have 14 days from when you receive it to change your mind The earlier you make your request, the more easily and faster it will be dealt with. To do that, contact us at email@example.com and inform the seller of your withdrawal request.
Once your request has been accepted by the seller and by Selency, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the item (excluding delivery by Selency). The delivery and return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will refund the full cost of the item as soon as we have proof of return shipping to the seller.
Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping arrangements. If the parcel arrives broken or damaged at the seller's premises, you will have to lodge a claim against the transport company and we will be unable to guarantee a full refund.
