If the seller lives near you, you can go and collect your item directly from them.
Just select this delivery method when ordering. Once the order has been confirmed by the seller, you will be sent their address and contact details by email (you can also find them in your Selency account under "Purchases"). This enables you to contact the seller and agree on a date and time for the handover.
No payment should be made during the direct handover! The seller will be paid once the sale is complete.
Please note: you cannot withdraw from a sale following a direct personal handover. Please check that you are happy with item before completing the handover. If you decide that you don't like it, just tell the seller and let us know at [email protected] in order to receive your refund.
