When you create or edit a listing, you can open your item up to negotiation. To do that, tick the little box "I agree that the customer can negotiate the price of the item after 7 days if it hasn't been sold".
You can then add a reserve price (optional).
- if a customer offers a price above the reserve price, the offer will be automatically accepted and you will receive a standard order email so you can confirm availability of the item.
- If a customer offers a price below the reserve price - or on an item without a set reserve price - you will then receive an email notifying you that an offer has been made and giving you the option to accept or refuse the offer. The offer remains valid for 3 days and the customer's account is not debited unless you approve the offer.
