Would you like to open a shop on Selency? Here are the most important steps in the sale process:
1- The customer buys your item on Selency. You are informed by email.
2- You must confirm availability of the item within the 3 days following the order. This is done in your Selency shop in the "Sales to be confirmed" section. If you do not confirm availability, the sale will be cancelled.
3- Once availability has been confirmed, we will give you the buyer's contact details. You will find them in the "Sales to be shipped" section.
4- Other than delivery by Selency, you can contact the customer to arrange delivery.
5- Once the item has been shipped, you can confirm it in your shop in "Sales to be shipped". Please could you add the tracking number for the parcel, if you have one. The customer will then receive confirmation of shipment.
6-14 days after the confirming the shipment, you can request a transfer of the funds from your shop. We will inform you by email. Go to your shop to the "Request transfer" section.
