If a customer is interested in an item but none of the delivery solutions suit them, they can ask for an estimate for a personalised delivery.
You will then receive an email informing you of the customer's town/city. You can also see this estimate request in your shop in "Messages" and then "Estimate requests received".
You can offer new delivery solutions to respond to the customer's request and set the price yourself. This new delivery option will be displayed directly in the listing so that the customer can place an order.
If you don't have an appropriate delivery solution that meets the customer's need, you can refuse the request which will be sent back to Selency's delivery service.
