When a buyer requests a return:
- our team checks that the return falls within the 14-day time limit from receipt of the item.
- if this is not the case, we will inform you by email of the reason for return supported by photos in the event of non-compliance or breakage.
- we will send your postal address to the customer so that they can return the item to you during the week that follows.
- the refund will be processed from the time when the customer sends us a tracking number or proof of collection.
