The customer pays for the Selency delivery service when they place their order.
Our delivery service then organises the transport: the carrier will first contact you by email to tell you which week they will be collecting the item. They will then contact you by phone to arrange a day and time slot for collection.
We ask you to protect the item before collection with at least 2 layers of bubble wrap. You should also attach the collection note (that you will be sent by email) to the packaging.
